In a new assignment for the NOS – the Dutch News Broadcasting association – we created an extension to the existing TV/Radio/Web coverage of the 2020 Tour de France. We added the option to follow the liveblog updates via various Instant Messaging platforms. In addition we created a chatbot that allowed users to ask about riders, teams, stages and results.
