Of course
VIRVIE is a virreal as well. Through the
interlinking of dedicated webspots an encompassing webpresence is
created. First of all there is this site, VIRVIE.com,
which contains information next to some artistic expression (noticed a
droplet?).
An important component - Exploration - is however fed from multiple
external sources. The one is Virreosophy,
VIRVIE's weblog, which allows for opinions, comments and a separate
interaction, without diffusing the 'corporate' site. The other is
VIRVIE's Del.icio.us
account, which marks all interesting stuff on the Internet (from our
perspective at least ;-) ).
The latest addition to
the webpresence is an ongoing discussion area,
where various thoughts are put up for discussion. A neat feature of
this platform is that comments can be immediately shared on Twitter,
instantly giving it a broader audience.
Then there is Almar's
personal webspot, which gives a more in depth description
what makes him who he is and allows for even more creativity.
To share more of the inner workings of VIRVIE there is VIRVIE's
Universe, a portal with all kinds information and inspiration
sources. And finally, VIRVIE's lifestream, a
chronological report of interesting stuff happening at the company.
Also from an
organizational point of view
VIRVIE is not on it's own. Through participation in a network of
professional organizations, VIRVIE can deliver expertise at the point
of need.
Finally this is
VIRVIE's virtual headquarters and as such it is decorated with art like
this work by Rafaël Rozendaal called Electric
Boogie Woogie (follow the link to see it in optima forma).
